The centrifugal detaching device Pulversan SP68 is applied for disaggregation and pulverization of flour plaques, even the smallest ones, originating from the roller mill smooth passages and for the dunst treatment in order to assist in the release of flour particles which may adhere to the bran. The use of this machine sensibly improves the milling process while the product is suitable prepared for a superior sifting stage, providing thus a yield increase on the flours first millings.
The product is flung out centrifugally and thrown against the walls of the chamber, without undergoing any alteration to the product characteristics. This machine need only to be bolted down to the floor or it can also be ceilingmounted. The only other connection necessary is to connect the inlet and outlet spouts and make the necessary electrical connection to the motor.
