Our Installations

The milling technology provided by SANGATI BERGA LLC is manufactured in the city of Fortaleza, Brazil. The plant gathers modern facilities within 15,000 m² built on an area of 33.000m², where advanced technology resources are applied including the use of robotics and high precision laser machinery. The consistency and optimum performance of these resources assure the production of state of the art equipment.

Products development...

The product development team has ever more, modernized and introduced into Sangati Berga’s products portfolio, equipments pertaining to the most varied processes of cereals improvement (wheat, corn, rice, etc.) and related industries such as the new generation of PRIME roller mills, FORTRESS modular plansifters and CLASS sassors, modernization of bagging carousel, pantographic fluidized carriers CAF36 for feeding flour tank trucks, enlargement of the PFS rolling mills line to corn-flakes, couscous and soybean, SML continuous mixers to flours, among so many others.

Through a careful study of application and use, modern materials of mechanical construction, such as: aluminium and special metallic alloys, engineering plastics, composites, etc., are inserted in the lines of Sangati Berga products, having always as objective to obtain a product with suitable quality and reliability that meets the most demanding requirements of food industry.

CAD, CAM and PDM (Solid Edge®, NX® and Team Center®) platforms integrated allow the creation of 3D models and presentation of simulations that grant great safety and precision to the products developed.
