The Acqua Rate System consists of a measurement probe for measuring the fundamental features of the incoming products, a product flow measurer and a dampening system for dosing the command and control of water distribution. The equipment is assembled on a single stainless steel structure that enables the disassembling or extraction for inspection and maintenance. The measurement probe is capable of determining instantaneously the electrolytic weight, temperature and dielectric constant of the incoming product and processing them, determining thus the percentage of water available in the product.
The flow measurer determines instantaneously the incoming flow into the dampener. By determining the incoming product moisture rate, a suitable microprocessor based electronic equipment determines the quantity of water to be supplied to the product in order to obtain the final rate of water required and, disposes its distribution acting on the proper hydraulic section. Besides, it is possible to schedule and save several work programs related to many other works and being another one for emergency or maintenance.
The Acqua Rate System is appropriate for a 35 t/h production with maximum water addition of up to 2500 lt/h. The data may be transmitted via a communications interface and, optionally, it may be remotely controlled via PLC.
