The Plansifter Double SPM2 is composed of two sieve packs with 8, 10 or 12 packs made of wood with a special laminated plastic coating, which enables the product discharge and prevents its stagnation. This feature awards the SPM2 a maximum hygiene.
Each sieve is endowed with an interchangeable sieve of 0,60m2 for the type SPM2 106 and 0,82m2 for the type SPM2 128. The Plansifter hangs from the ceiling through synthetics rods. Disassembling and replacement of the sieves are easy and rapid operations. Inside the same metallic structure of the Plansifter are located the central movement, drive motor and two sieve packs. The inlet spouts for the product inspection are also located in there. Upon request, each channel may be provided with 2 inlets, dividing thus the scheme horizontally, allowing two separate sifting passages. The Plansifter double SPM2 may have up to 8 outlets per channel.
