The vibrating extractors type ESV by Sangati Berga are employed for the extraction of the most varied types of products either powdery or granular, with high or low fluidity, according to the ESV type to be applied. The extractors ESV present as a main advantage the fact of not unmaking mixtures neither compromising the homogeneity of the products under extraction, for it promotes a uniform and continuous descending of the product column. They can adapted for the most diverse types of silos, whether they are circular, rectangular, made of concrete, steel, etc.
The extractor ESV is manufactured in two versions:
ESVB/ A – It is suitable for low fluidity products, for example, wheat bran;
ESVF/ B – It is suitable for products with high or medium fluidity such as semolina or flour.
They are presented in the following diameters 900, 1200, 1500, 1800 and 2100mm, what allows us to offer a suitable type for any size of silo.
The ESV extractor comprises an upper body which is fixed to the hopper of the silo and a lower body which is connected to the first one trough elastic elements. A low power motovibrator with eccentric counterweights drives the vibration of the lower body performing the product extraction.
