Vertical Vibrating Turbo Sifter type STSf is basically designed for the sifting of damp and fat flours discharged from filters and brushes.
The STVf is composed of a cylindrical metallic structure supported by four couples of Indian cane with two large doors for control and inspection.
The internal rotor consists of paddles and blades vertical beaters.
The distance between them in relation to nylon screen is adjustable.
The motor is coaxial to the rotor. The nylon screen is fastened along its whole height.
The product inlet is located at top of the machine.
The sifting surface is kept clean thanks to the vibrating motion of the entire cylindrical pack obtained by means of counter weights fixed onto the rotor.
The vibrating motion allows a constant sifting efficiency simultaneously preventing accumulation on the walls.
