The Hammer mill with vertical rotor type MSV 120/25 is the result of our studies for power save and process optimisation. It has been conceived for satisfying our clients’ most accurate demands.
The principle exploited is that grinding takes place with the impact against the hammers and that the flours rubbing against screen are reduced to the minimum posible, avoiding thus temperature rise.
The feeder model AB 60/R, besides the system of interception of the eventual ferrous bodies and its automatic discharge into the proper housing, it allows a homogenous dosing in relation to the amperometric load of the main motor.
The recycled air system also allows the discharge of heavy non magnetic bodies. The local command board has got an electronic system for the control and management of the milling amperometrical consumption.
