The Microfilter type FPG is particularly useful when contamination between different products must be avoied. For instance, it can be positioned: on top of the finished products bins, loaded by pressure pneumatic conveyings; in high capacity mechanical conveying systems or in measuring/mixing equipment for vitamins and mineral addition.
This filter features the possibility to fully and quickly remove the door when the filtering sleeve assembly needs replacing.
Moreover, this Microfilter is equipped with an on/off electronic regulator for the sleeve rinsing process achieved by compressed air. It is available in 4 sizes: 2sq.m, 5sq.m and 8sq.m, 16sq.m filtering surface.
The optimal ratio is 1sq.m/ 5cu.m. It may be built, according to its placing or to the required tecnical needs, in painted carbon steel or in stainless steel.
