Through a new modular construction concept, efficiency and hygiene, Sangati Berga proudly presents Plansifter FORTRESS. The new Plansichter is a fully interchangeable apparatus that allows future improvements in the mill diagrams. Besides the easiness to operate it and minimum maintenance requirements, it also has a reduced weight and larger sifting surface.
With a lighter structure due to the introduction of anodized aluminum profiles, made of alloy, an appropriate material for contact with foodstuff, the Plansichter FORTRESS has a simple and robust structure for each compartment has independent structure. The sidewalls and doors are made of insulating and antistatic plastic, the ABS also does not absorb humidity, ensuring high hygiene and sanitation. The use of stainless steel, aluminum and ABS in contact with the product and the elimination of screws inside the individual compartments ensure the cleanliness, reliability and safety for the products.
Based on the motorization success, with the introduction of Poly-V technology, we have reduced the oscillating structure, increased the energy efficiency and reduced the weight of the entire machine. The belts Poly-V accept the use of pulleys with smaller diameters, besides reducing the distance between the pulleys. Therefore the same ratio is maintained however with more power transfer for these belts have a higher contact with the pulleys, ensuring thus greater energy efficiency.
Aiming at space optimization inside the mill, Sangati Berga developed a more compact Plansichter however more powerful. Due to the technology applied in the construction of the compartments and the new motorization concept, the new Plansichter accepts the assembling of 2-12 module without having to go through any significant changes in its project. For instance, the 6-compartments Plansichter has the same external dimensions of the 8-compartments one, enabling thus further expansion and a best use of the milling diagram.
