Product - Mills
Mill products may contain infestation elements such as eggs, larva or insects. It is necessary, therefore, to prevent any infestation by installing the Infestation Destroyer at the outlet of the milling products or before the bagging or bulk loading.
The Infestation Destroyer can process all mill products, by a simple variation of its rotation speed, according to the products characteristics. This machine is essential when finished products are stored in bins, as bulk storage system must be free from infestation. The product enters the unit through two inlet spouts wich direct it to the center of the rotor.
The mechanical action of the machine does not result in any deterioration of the product characteristics.
The impact pins mounted on the rotor are designed to destroy any kind of infestation. The Infestation Destroyer is designed for connection to an exhaust system.
We recommend installationof a Pipe-type Magnetic Separator type A.M.T. directly before the SPD Infestation Destroyed, to prevent metal particles from entering the machine and damaging it.
