It is both a gravity selector and a destoner at the same time. Endowed with two overlapping work schemes easily removable and introduced into a depression chamber. A special feeding device, that does not need adjustments, distributes the product all over the surface of the superior working scheme which consists of three sided sieves with different mesh dimensions.
The oscillatory movement driven by the two motovibrators and the upward air stream action ensure correct gravity product stratification. This induces the heavy grains and stones remain in the sieve while the light fraction floats on the surface being finally discharged by the machine, allowing the air stream carry out a first selection removing empty grains, straws, etc.
When the product reaches the second and third sieves, it is started the discharge phase of stones and heavy grain fractions onto the inferior work scheme while the stones and dirty are discharged outside the machine. The heavy grain fraction is expelled by the discharge of the inferior work scheme, and the light one by the superior scheme. The light grain going through the second and third sieves mesh overtures may vary from 2-3% up to 20-25%C.
