The Filter FTDE has its use especially indicated as an alternative as an alternative to the decanting to the decanting cyclones, inappropriate for assuring the limits of powder emission on the atmosphere as predicted by
the norms in force.
It replaces the traditional filtering sleeves systems for all applications where the sleeves filter cannot be applied and providing high yield. It is endowed with a motor driven plane extractor for the appropriate powder collecting and discharge, recovered by a motor driven rotating valve.
The Filter FTDE is constituted by decanting tubes for separating the powder present in the airflow with a high humidity level, originating from the aspirations of the coolers for pellet, extrusion product dryers or flaked cereals.
The Filter FTDE does not need any maintenance or replacement of filtering elements. It can be provided in painted carbon plate and stailess steel, depending on the type of application.
