The Pellets Vertical Cooler is a simple, robust and easy maintenance machine. The line of these coolers is composed of four models, the RC1 for 15-18.5 kW palletizers until the RC4 for 110-132 kW palletizers.
The first of the two models is constituted of a cooling column, endowed with a single compartment and an aspiration entrance located at the rear section of the machine. The two larger models are constituted by a cooling column with two compartments and an aspiration entrance located on the lateral section of the machine.
The Pellets Vertical Cooler consists of three main parts: cargo upper element, cooling column and a discharge device.
On the upper element, a signal device keeps the cooler constantly full and a system of hatches distribute the product.
The cooler column consists of external wall flapped-type and the mode RC4 is constituted by a closing and opening system of hatches that drives the airflow through pellet, including in the beginning of the process.
The internal walls are made of stainless steel, which enables their easy removal and cleaning.
The discharge device can be provided with lamellar extraction or with two star valves, mounted all along the length of the cooler. In this last case, the activation of the valves is driven by means of a speed variator.
