37th Annual Technical Conference of IAOM – Lima, Peru

IAOM Latin American District will hold its 37^th Annual Technical Conference over the16^th-17^th of November, in Lima, Peru. The event precedes the opening of the ALIM Conference.

Developed by and for the operating millers, the IAOM meeting will focus on operating technical features of flour production. Workshops on the first day, and on the second day the participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the latest innovations of industry, part of it through round table conferences, approaching themes like employees management, product protection, installations management and technical operations.
