The PRIME ROLLER MILL derives from the implementation and upgrading of the most advanced concepts within food technology. It gathers in its project and construction a modern design that allows high productivity, complying with the most exacting hygiene and safety international standards.
A feeding structure, made of stainless steel and endowed with round interior corners, decreases the product contamination risk, eliminating retentions of product, while its wide lucid acrylic display, easy to disassemble, oversimplifies the continual inspection of the product entrance, as well as the cleaning of the structure itself.
The feeding set is totally movable allowing total and easy access to all its stainless steel surfaces, assuring a simple and perfect cleaning of the equipment. For the same purpose, all surfaces for product flow were carefully designed and built with stainless steel, removing product retention or hard access regions.
Inside the feeding structure are installed the product level continuous control sensors that are interconnected to the management system of the PRIME Roller Mill, provide the feeding automatic adjustment through the speed variation of feeding rollers. The interface with the equipment is held through a 6" color touch screen panel located at both sides of the equipment. Its operator can view the machine status, release the pneumatic locks of the access doors, as well as its alarms systems and interact directly with the programming of process and control parameters like: consumed power [%], product level [%], feeding speed [%], among others. At the menu “maintenance” it will be possible to observe separately the machine historic trends as well as all data related to its own preventive maintenance. Control and command data of each machine are transmitted via network to the central automation system of the plant, reducing thus, installation and maintenance costs, besides providing centralized control of the group of installed machinery.
A sturdy and properly sized structure grants its stable and silent performance, making up with the other subsystems an ergonomic and long-lived machine. In addition, the front is fully foldable and has removable bearings along with the rolls without causing any interference on the distance adjustment system between the rolls allowing thus a quick and easy maintenance.
Based on the same principal, it is only used materials and components from recognized suppliers, as well as consolidated ergonomics and safety solutions.
Project valid for machines with bearings of both diameters 250mm and 300mm.
